The Fireside Room will comfortably accommodate 70 seated to 130 standing guests, whilst our larger room, the Wellard Room, will accommodate 140 seated to 250 standing guests. Located in the heart of Box Hill, our golf club is close to public transport and offers plenty of onsite parking for those attending a wake or memorial service held in one of our function rooms. The larger of the two rooms will comfortably accommodate up to 250 standing guests, and our dedicated functions staff can arrange for any seating you may require.

As well as seeing to the functional layout of the space, you can talk to our team about arranging those little touches that will make the venue feel special. Our team can liaise with funeral home directors or the family to organise flowers or a projector screen for a slideshow memorial.

Our catering team can serve a menu of refreshments that will meet everyone’s dietary needs, and we can either remain on-hand to serve a finger food menu, or set out a buffet and tea and coffee station.
